Port Klang seat not vacant, rules court

Badrul Hisham Abdullah is still the Port Klang assemblyperson, the High Court in Shah Alam ruled today, throwing out as unlawful Selangor legislative assembly speaker Teng Chang Khim's declaration that the seat is vacant.
