He said that the footage would counter the allegations of police brutality made by the opposition.
"RTM will give its full cooperation to help publicise the true story to society.
"We will broadcast (the footage) in the interest of the people," he told reporters after handing over 1Malaysia netbooks to 30 secondary students from the Tampin parliamentary constituency at Gemencheh.
"I am certain the footage is authentic and can be used as general and specific information for the public," he said.
Also present were Works Minister Shaziman Abu Mansor, who is Tampin MP, and Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission chairman Khalid Ramli.
