Tabung Haji probe
Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said he has not received any official information on the possibility of other party leaders being arrested in relation to probes on Tabung Haji.
At a press conference on the sidelines of the Umno annual general meeting today, the BN chairperson said the party has no objections to providing its cooperation to the MACC if there is solid evidence for prosecutorial action.

Najib pardon
Zahid, who is also the deputy prime minister, said Umno is “hoping for the best” outcome following an upcoming Federal Territories Pardons Board hearing on Najib Abdul Razak's bid to be freed from jail.
“I am confident in the Yang di-Pertuan Agong's discretion and wisdom (that) will determine a key decision, which is His Majesty’s prerogative to announce,” Zahid added.

It is closing in on your ministry….
Umno’s Najib obsession is difficult to understand. Even if pardoned, it’s doubtful he can swing votes to Umno. What Tok Mat said is correct. Umno should move on without alliances or ally with similar parties to win back support for itself based on good leadership and policies that benefit the people not to just the party.
