Apologise or face legal action, Umno tells PAS
Selangor Umno said the statement of PAS secretary general Mustafa Ali accusing Umno of being behind the raid conducted by the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais) at the Damansara Utama Methodist Church on Aug 3 was ill-intentioned.

asked Mustafa to issue an open apology for making the allegation, adding that Umno is ready to take legal action should he fail to do so.
Mohd Zin, in a statement yesterday, said the raid at the church was religious enforcement that should not be politicised by anyone.
"PAS should stop blaming others every time an issue arises in the administration of Selangor," he said.
On Monday, the PAS publication Harakah quoted Mustafa as claiming to have "inside information" that Umno had a role in the raid.
