Selangor Umno Youth has lodged a report with Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on alleged abuses by the state government as claimed by Raja Petra Kamaruddin in his blog posting.

According to Bernama , Youth chief Ungku Md Salleh Ungku Abdul Jamal who made the report at MACC headquarters at Putrajaya at 2.45pm yesterday urged MACC to investigate.

"The report is based on Raja Petra's blog posting that he has proof that the state government didn't call for open tender and appointed contractors in direct negotiations from 2008 until now,” he said.

Ungku Md Salleh, according to a New Straits Times report today, alleged that the state awarded 18 contracts worth RM106 million between 2008 and 2009 without going through the tender process.
