His car was splashed with red paint and the front windscreen shattered this afternoon, in what he suspects to be politically motivated.
Oh said he was discussing BN's programme with two friends at a nearby restaurant after parking his car at the Penang Free School's former students association car park at 3.10pm.
He said a witness informed him that two men were acting suspiciously and quickly fled the parking area upon realising someone was headed in their direction.
Oh, who lodged a report at the North East police headquarters, said the damage to his car was estimated at RM10,000.
North East police chief ACP Gan Kong Meng confirmed the report.
