Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is quick to take advantage of the coming Psy performance during the state BN's Chinese New Year open house on Feb 11.

NONE "Penang leads again with Psy coming to Malaysia. We can say the first time Psy comes to Malaysia, he comes to Penang," said Lim, after giving out mandarin oranges to the people around Chowrasta market today.

"I am sure this would help with tourism, we'll get people all the way from Thailand and Indonesia," he added.

Lim reiterated his earlier call to the people to enjoy the performance, and for them to don yellow for Bersih, green for environment and red for Penang.

"Where can get free food and free show? Only in Penang," Lim said.

He was referring to BN's plan to host the South Korean pop sensation, who is expected to belt his global hit ‘ Oppa Gangnam Style ' and perform his signature equine dance moves at the BN Chinese New Year open house.

Which 18 seats?

BN had chosen the Han Chiang college compount for the event, with Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak also expected to attend.

NONE About 60,000 people are expected to attend the performance, which promoters say will cost a bomb, between RM2 million and RM3 million.

In another matter, Lim referred to an obscure report in the media that BN had indicated its confidence in winning at least 18 seats in the coming general election.

"Of course with Psy, they think they can win. That's why they need to bring Psy over. Let the people decide. Which are the 18 seats?

"Maybe one is in Tanjung?" he said, referring to the parliamentary seat held by state DAP chief Chow Kon Yeow.

"BN thinks the final factor is getting Psy to come over," Lim added.
