YOURSAY 'As citizens, we expect Mahathir to come up with better arguments than homosexuality, and young cute boys and girls.'

In Putrajaya, Dr M doesn't skimp on sexual innuendos

your say Progressive: PAS spiritual leader Nik Aziz Nik Mat, in his Putrajaya ceramah last Friday, spoke on the need for Muslims to practice the Islamic teaching and lead a good moral life.

And here you have Dr Mahathir Mohamad, a second generation Indian mix who had hijacked the Malay agenda, talked about nothing but filthy sex to a captive audience.

It will be the height of poetic justice if PAS vice-president Husam Musa were to defeat Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor in Putrajaya. That will be a fitting finale for an evil regime led by evil people - the worst of them being Mahathir.

Jeremy Ng: All the gutter politics making use of 'sex' to twist and lie are the favourite of Mahathir. How shameful and pathetic.

He deserves the title of 'Master Guru of Political Sex'. As a non-Malay, I am shocked and dismayed that the Malays are so naive to believe this sex 'spreader'. This country is been 'sucked' dry by these sex gurus.

Apa Ini?: He has no respect for the courts, and none for the deepest values of Islam in his very public and Machiavellian attacks on Pakatan Rakyat leader Anwar Ibrahim.

He wants to make sure the mud sticks and it does - in the minds of the mindless who applaud him. He is a disgusting old man.

Onyourtoes: Look Mahathir, Anwar accused you of favouring your son to get billions of ringgit worth of Petronas contracts. He also accused you of helping another son to own and operate the largest alcohol beverage company in Southeast Asia, San Miguel.

The bankruptcy of Umno-BN is confirmed - the coalition now needs to recycle a bankrupt leader to do the campaigning. Just look at what was being said - homosexuality, sex, cute girls and boys.

There was nothing on abuse of power, mismanagement, corruption, pilferage, cronyism and enriching one's own family. Seriously I would prefer a homosexual person to govern this country than a depraved, abusive and greedy hypocrite.

As citizens, we expect you to come up with better arguments than homosexuality, and young cute boys and girls.

James1067: Religion teaches you to love your enemies and forgive them. Show them the way to the right path. The devil is the only person who tries to humiliate, insult, destroy and even kill what God have created.

Tiru: What we need is a two-party system. Pakatan should be voted in and BN should take time out so that they can clean themselves of the leaders they currently have.

After that, let the people judge which is the better party. If Pakatan is not voted in this time around, that's it for Malaysia. This kind of politicians will survive and their children will continue these people's legacy. If we don't do it now, we deserve the government we get.

Faz: At his 'bonus' age, Mahathir should have been a statesman with dignity but he acted otherwise. I pity for him, especially for his use profanities in his speeches as they were unbecoming of an ex-PM.

His barrage of sanitised lies were there for the thinking Malaysians to see. Too bad, he could not see where he was heading to. Indeed, he is beyond help and saving.

Ferdtan: Mahathir, by launching an attack full of sexual innuendoes against Anwar, is still using the outdated tactics that will no longer work.

Surveys have recently shown that Malaysians don't believe in the sodomy charges against Anwar, so it is a futile effort of Mahathir to bring this up again.

Mahathir, you can only attract only 1,000 people in your Putrajaya ceramah and from the picture many were seen wearing the BN shirts, meaning it was an organised crowd. Can you compare that with the Friday night ceramah at Putrajaya with Tok Guru Nik Aziz, the crowd there were packed in the thousands?

Many of them are civil servants who were brave enough to come out in open defiance of the unwritten instructions from their boss not to support Pakatan. Did you see the crowd mobbed Niz Aziz and PAS Putrajaya candidate Husam after the Friday prayers at the mosque at Putrajaya?

Mahathir must have wonder where his shine has gone.

Survivor: Mahathir, just remember this. We all live, and must live, with the instinctive ability to forgive, more so if we are religiously pious. If one has repented and desired to do good for the people, we are prepared to accept.

You have not truthfully explained or cleared the air on those wealth which you may have acquired through you or your family, and the treasonous Project IC initiated by you. Ponder over it and if you have to fall, fall with dignity.

Ra2012: When you point a finger at Anwar, remember three fingers are pointing towards you. Remember the more you condemn Anwar, the stronger he becomes and the more convinced are all Malaysians to defy you and make him the next PM.

Thanks for your "so-called" unsolicited comments. The future of Malaysia lies in our hands and not yours.

It hurts me, as a fellow Malaysian not necessarily Muslim, to watch you so blatantly condemn such a decent family-oriented man. Dr M, don't you have any feelings?

You too have a family, children and grandchildren, how would you feel if anyone were to openly condemn you. You are supposed to be a distinguished personality and well-respected man, should you not just work on that aspect?

WTF (Well Thats Fantastic) Malaysia: I have never seen someone who is a public figure so obviously terrified of an election. If BN loses this time, most of them will go to jail.

Change We Will: It is a last ditch attempt to save his rotten skin. This poor excuse for a man is a national shame and amongst others, must be charged with treason.

His day will come. I wish him a long and healthy life, so that he can serve out his sentence, as much of it as possible.

Mahathir, no one believes you any more
