Meanwhile Abdul Khalid also announced the state will award the 15,643 civil staff in Selangor a half month bonus in appreciation of their hard work in developing the state.
The MB said payment of the bonus, amounting to RM14, 821, 252, will be made on January, next year.
The decision to award the bonus, he also said in a statement today, is due to the fact the state revenue had increased 16 percent to RM1.9 billion, up to Nov 27, in comparison to earlier estimate of RM1.63 billion.
