Hindraf wants ex-CJ probed for sedition

The police should investigate former chief justice Abdul Hamid Mohamad under the Sedition Act for his speech at a buka puasa event on Monday, says Persatuan Hindraf Malaysia (PHM) chairperson P Waythamoorthy.

Describing the speech as nauseating and degrading to all Malaysians, Waythamoorthy said in a statement that Hamid's message was directed at instigating ill-feelings among the Malay community.
