A resounding 'no' to NS conversion-divorce plan

A forum today on the issue of conversion heard a resounding 'no' to Negri Sembilan's plan to table a new law requiring non-Muslim couples to divorce if either spouse converts to Islam.

One of the panellists said such a law would instead create more problems, as opposed to solving the conundrum over single parent conversions.
