An opposition lawmaker today alleged that Prime Minister Najib Razak allocated RM20.3 billion for the Prime Minister's Department (PMD) in his capacity as Finance Minister in maintain loyalty and support for him

Speaking during the debate of Budget 2016 in Dewan Rakyat, Khalid Abdul Samad (Amanah-Shah Alam) also noted that massive amount only showed that support for Najib had deteriorated.
