Rafizi courts jail time by exposing OSA document
PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli risks spending up to seven years in jail when he exposed a document marked as an official secret related to Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) at the Parliament lobby.
The fund provides, among others, retirement and other benefits to members of the Armed Forces.
The document is not in Malaysiakini’s possession, nor can the portal report on what was revealed at the press conference due to legal constraints.

However, 1MDB sheds some light by denying that its late payments to a LTAT subsidiary had led to a delay in disbursements to LTAT members.
Calling for Rafizi to be probed, 1MDB says the classified document is the Auditor-General’s Report on 1MDB which was presented to the Public Accounts Committee.

ABC’s Four Corners cites a “high level source” detailing a list of additional transactions into Ambank accounts believed to belong to Najib, now totalling US$1.03 billion (RM4.14 billion).
These payments were made before April 10, 2013 - a month before the 13th general election. Some came from the Saudi government.
