MIC president Dr S Subramaniam has taken a wait-and-see stance on whether he would resign or in relation to PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang’s 'hudud' motion.

Asked whether he will resign, he said simply: “Just wait and see."

The health minister was earlier asked on MIC’s final stance in relation to Abdul Hadi’s bill which seeks to amend the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act 1965 or Act 355.

“We have announced that (MIC’s stance) previously,” he told a press conference after officiating the 'Clean, Safe and Healthy Canteen Awards' in Shah Alam today
