Former Selangor menteri besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo and his wife's application to the Federal Court on the forfeiture of their Balinese-style mansion has been postponed.

The court fixed Feb 27 as the next hearing date, upon a request for the postponement from Khir's lawyer, with no objections from the deputy public prosecutor.

"Last week, on Wednesday, they received the affidavit (from us).

"After they saw our affidavit in reply, there were certain things they wanted to hash out. They need more time to respond to the affidavit," deputy public prosecutor Awang Armadajaya Awang Mahmud told reporters at the Federal Court today.
