Lim Guan Eng received a Valentine's Day "gift" from Penang Gerakan today but it was not out of the love for the chief minister.

The "gift" was a T-shirt bearing the words "I ♥ Penang, makes a lot of $" in Chinese and memorandum outlining 10 complaints.

Penang Gerakan vice-chairperson Oh Tong Keong said that if Lim truly loved Penang, he should wear the t-shirt.
