A motion to condemn Umno’s Tasek Gelugor MP Shabudin Yahaya will be filed in the coming Penang state legislative assembly in May, said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.

He said the move is for all state representatives to make a stand on Shabudin who courted media attention when he said a victim could marry her rapist.
