Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's family feud continued today with his siblings pouring more scorn over government plans over their family home at 38 Oxley Road.

Both Wei Ling and Hsien Yang - Hsien Loong's younger siblings - wrote on Facebook this afternoon to condemn their brother over alleged attempts to prevent their home from being demolished, in accordance to their father Lee Kuan Yew's final wishes.

Wei Ling wrote that the fate of their family home, bought by Kuan Yew in the 1940s, was more than a mere family quarrel.

"If it were merely a family affair, we would not have taken it public. The main message is not Hsien Yang and I fearing what PM will do to us.

"The most important point I want to put across is if PM can misuse his official power to abuse his siblings who can fight back, what else can he do to ordinary citizens," she said.

In a Facebook posting made from Scotland, Wei Ling alleged that Hsien Loong had gone against their father's wishes when he stipulated that as condition of selling the house to Hsien Yang, the latter has to donate 50 percent of the value of the house to charity.

"My father had told us, his children, repeatedly, that being family property there is no need to donate to charity if Oxley were sold," she said.

She said this was Hsien Loong's "attempt to punish Hsien Yang for blocking what he wants to do with the house."

"Hsien Loong and (his wife) Ho Ching are finally showing their true colours. I think these colours show them unsuitable as PM and most certainly as PM's wife of Singapore."

Hsien Yang, in a Facebook post of his own, urged Facebook users to compare contradictory remarks made by Hsien Loong with regards to the house on Oxley Road.

In a six-page letter (above) published yesterday, Wei Ling and Hsien Yang said their brother wanted to preserve the home despite their father's wish to demolish it because Hsien Loong wanted to use it to affirm his position.

The siblings also accused Hsien Loong of trying to boost his son Hong Yi's political future.

"His political power is related to being Kuan Yew's son and thus he has every incentive to preserve Kuan Yew's house to inherit his credibility."

In a Facebook post of his own today, Hong Yi said he has no interest in politics.

The PM had said he was saddened by the accusations and that it was untrue.

Wei Ling and Hsien Yang are joint trustees of the house. According to Kuan Yew's last will, the house was to be demolished after Wei Ling is no longer residing there.
