In a twist to the Saudi donation narrative, PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli now claims that it is Malaysia that is donating to the Arab state, and not the other way around.

He cited alleged projected losses of RM142 million by Prasarana Malaysia Bhd from its involvement in two rail projects in the country.
