UMNO AGM | Wanita Umno chief Shahrizat Abdul Jalil has no one but the party wing to thank for her political comeback.

In her closing speech at the Wanita Umno annual general meeting today, Shahrizat thanked the party’s women's wing, stating that she would not be standing there were it not for them.

"My family and I faced various difficult challenges, but you gave me your loyalty and gave me strength. I will never forget this until I die.

"When I was in difficulty, you gave me strength so that I will not be defeated. Today, I have risen together with all of you," she said, addressing Wanita umno delegates present at the Putra World Trade Centre today...
