The case management for the case involving murdered bully victim T Nhaveen has been postponed yet again - to Feb 26 - to enable the prosecution to file an application to transfer the case to the High Court in Penang.

Magistrate Mohamad Amin Shahul Hamid fixed the date, while deputy public prosecutor Nurul Fatin Hussin appeared for the prosecution.

The lawyer holding a watching brief for Nhaveen's family, Baljit Singh, said the prosecution explained to the court that all the documents related to the case were ready.
