Najib should be tried under AFN, says Dr M

11.30pm: Kuantan, Pahang - It is caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak who should be tried and punished under the Anti Fake News Act 2018, says Pakatan Harapan chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Speaking to a crowd of some 20,000 people in Kuantan, the former prime minister says this is over the "lie" that Najib told about the RM2.6 billion found in his personal accounts being from an Arab donor.

Earlier today, it was reported that Mahathir is being probed by the police for allegedly spreading 'fake news' over his claim that the jet he chartered to fly to Langkawi last Friday was sabotaged.

Mahathir also took aim at PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang, calling him a "big liar."

"PAS supports Najib for certain reasons... for money it receives from BN. Once he called Umno kafir, now he is denying he ever said that," he says.

Mahathir urges the crowd to not give a single vote to the dacing (BN) or the moon (PAS) and only choose the PKR symbol, the common logo for Harapan.

'Don't risk returning Penang to BN'

10.35pm, Air Itam, Penang - A crowd of 10,000 gathers on the field of Han Chiang University College of Communication for a Harapan grand ceramah.

Coming from Juru, Lim Guan Eng and Lim Kit Siang will address the supporters gathered there.

Pantai Jerejak candidate Saifuddin Nasution Ismail reminds voters that there are two aims during the polling day on May 9.

"Firstly, we musf defend the state government, secondly we must deliver all 13 parliamentary seats to capture Putrajaya.

"This round, we not only need to retain the 30 seats, but bag all 40 seats in Penang," he added.

He adds that the Harapan-led caretaker state government has a proven record, so Penangites shouldn't take the risk to return the mandate to BN.

Harapan collected RM43,495.65 in donations at the ceramah tonight.

Fahmi challenges Nong Chik to KL2020 plan debate

10.15pm: Lembah Pantai, Kuala Lumpur: Harapan Lembah Pantai candidate Fahmi Fadzil challenges his BN contender Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin to a debate on why the KL2020 City Plan was not gazetted.

The plan was previously drafted when Raja Nong Chik was still the minister in charge.

“I would like to invite Raja Nong Chik to debate the KL2020 City Plan.

“This plan was drafted in 2009 when he was still the federal territory and urban wellbeing minister.

“But when it was completed in 2012, at a cost of RM30 million, it was not gazetted.

“This plan would have ensured that development in KL would be sustainable, but now we have to endure traffic jams,” Fahmi says.

Khaled's 'lost his aura', says Chin Tong

10pm: Johor Bahru, Johor - Johor DAP chief Liew Chin Tong predicts caretaker menteri besar Mohamed Khaled Nordin may lose both seats he is contesting in – Pasir Gudang and Permas – due to uncertainty on whether can keep his caretaker menteri besar post.

“There was no nationwide Malay anti-enstablishment movement in the last polls. BN's campaign should have been easy by having a prominent Malay state leader. He should have become the focal point of the people...

“But this did not happen to Khaled... BN won Pasir Gudang by a razor-thin 935-vote majority. Khaled's seat is in danger.

"But he won handsomely in the state seat because everyone knows he would be the next menteri besar.

“Now he is not. He lost the aura. You could see his first appearance in (Johor Jaya) after dual candidacy. The organiser prepared 3,000 boxes of nasi kandar, but everyone was asked to bring five boxes back,” he tells Chinese media in an interview in Johor Bahru.

Liew was referring to a Khaled event in Chinese-majority Johor Jaya, which only received a lukewarm response.

The Ayer Hitam candidate is confident that Harapan can capture most of the parliamentary seats it is gunning after in Johor.

However, he is a bit less optimistic about the state seats, because these contain more Malay-majority areas compared to the ethnically diverse parliamentary seats.

Citing 'RABU', Daim tells votes to oust Umno

10pm: Lembah Pantai, Kuala Lumpur - Former finance minister Daim Zainuddin urges Lembah Pantai voters to reject Umno by citing a popular meme, and chides Rosmah Mansor, the wife of caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak.

“Voting BN is voting for his wife, Najib’s wife.

“I thank Najib for choosing Rabu (Wednesday) as polling day, because it stands for Rakyat Akan Buang Umno (the people will remove Umno).

“On May 9, don’t forget Rabu, lets go remove Umno!” he tells a crowd of about 150.

He also lambasts the GST, saying how the government never had to implement the tax in the during his time as finance minister in the 1990s, despite the country facing a recession.

Daim then pledges his support for Harapan Lembah Pantai candidate Fahmi Fadzil.

Ezam shows up at Harapan ceramah in Tmn Medan

9.35pm: Taman Medan, Selangor - Emcee for the night, PKR Kapar division chief Khairul Anuar Osman, rallies the crowd to gather underneath a tent where some 1,000 chairs are set up for a ceramah featuring Harapan candidates as well as Selangor caretaker menteri besar Mohamed Azmin Ali.

"This rain is a blessing because Allah SWT understands our struggle to takeover Putrajaya!" shouts Khairul Anuar as the crowd awaits for the arrival of the night's speakers.

On the list are state seat candidates Syamsul Firdaus (Taman Medan), Shaharuddin Badaruddin (Seri Setia), Bukit Gasing candidate R Rajiv (Bukit Gasing) and parliamentary candidate Maria Chin Abdullah (Petaling Jaya).

At about 9.40pm, Khairul Anuar announces the arrival of Hisbah chairperson Ezam Md Nor, who he introduces as one of the founders of PKR and a "pioneer reformist."

Ezam, who once quit Umno to join PKR, had gone a double full circle to quit PKR, rejoin Umno and become senator, before quitting the party again, eventually arriving at his current position as an NGO leader.

Ezam is the first speaker, and he starts off his speech by declaring that he is not a member of any party.

"I have gone through so many parties until now I am partyless," he declares to cheers from the seated crowd of almost a thousand, and more standing around the tent.

Daim campaigns for Harapan in Lembah Pantai

9:30pm: Lembah Pantai, Kuala Lumpur - Former Finance Minister Daim Zainuddin arrives to campaign for Harapan Lembah Pantai candidate Fahmi Fadzil.

The latest ex-minister to have professed their support for the opposition coalition, Daim is slated to address the audience later in the night.

A crowd of about 70 gathers under a tent surrounded by low-cost housing flats.

Although currently held by PKR, first-time contender Fahmi faces stiff competition from BN's Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin, a former federal territories and urban development minister.

Raja Nong Chik lost the seat in the 2013 polls to Nurul Izzah Anwar by 1,847 votes.

PAS’ Fauzi Abu Bakar will also be running for the seat.

DAP ceramah draws crowd of 5,000

9pm: Juru, Penang - Around 5,000 people turn up in Juru tonight to support Pakatan Harapan candidates Gooi Hsiao Leung (Bukit Tengah), Kasthuri Patto (Batu Kawan), and Chong Eng (Padang Lalang).

The crowd goes into a frenzy as caretaker chief minister Lim Guan Eng and his father, Iskandar Puteri candidate Lim Kit Siang arrives at the venue.

An artist approaches Guan Eng and Kit Siang to present them with his sketches.

Lights from mobile phones dot the field, where thousands of plastic stools are occupied, with more stood around the area.

A nearby pasar malam goes on with business as usual.

Bukit Tengah is considered a hopeful seat for BN's Dr Thor Teong Gee. The seat falls under Batu Kawan, which is considered safe for Kasthuri.

'Sabah IC' to come, then 'Sabah passport'

8.05pm: Penampang, Sabah - In a Gabungan Sabah programme here, Sabah Progressive Party president Yong Teck Lee promises a 'Sabah IC' to give Sabahans autonomy if the coalition wins the state in the election.

"Once we have the 'Sabah IC', in the next election we will have 'Sabah passport'.

The 'Sabah IC', he adds, may also extend to those from the peninsula and Sarawak who have stayed long enough in Sabah.

Stressing that the 'Sabah IC' will stop foreigners from obtaining citizenship, Yong says he is not racist in pushing for this.

"Is it fair that those who were not born in Sabah can get IC?" he asks.

'I will go aronund the world to look for Jho Low'

8pm: Gombak Setia, Selangor - Caretaker menteri besar Mohamed Azmin Ali pledges to track down 1MDB-linked businessperson Jho Low if Harapan seizes Putrajaya.

"Umno attacks (tycoon) Robert Kuok but supports Jho Low. Jho Low is not a businessperson, he is a gangster, he steals our money and runs away.

"Don't worry, wait until May 9, after we win, I will go around the world to look for Jho Low," he tells a dinner event with the Chinese community Kompleks Warga Emas at Taman Bolton.

Azmin also takes aim at caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak and GST.

"Najib says the country will go bankrupt without GST. But I want to tell him, Malaysia will not go bankrupt without GST, the country will go bankrupt because he is bloody corrupt and cruel."

He points out that certain taxes have been waived in new villages and low-cost houses for four years in Selangor.

"Has Selangor gone bankrupt? No, the menteri besar is so good, he lengcai (handsome)," he jokes to the laughter of the 200 in the audience.

"No, it is not that. But we provide leadership and we have integrity," he says.

The night is still young, and Azmin leaves for another forum. The people help themselve to a buffet dinner and karaoke.

The Gombak Setia state seat, which PKR's Muhammad Hilman Idham will be contesting, sits under Azmin's incumbent parliamentary seat of Gombak.

EC official gets death threat

7pm: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan – An Election Commission official lodged a police report yesterday over a death threat he received on Facebook.

Berita Harian reports Negeri Sembilan police GE14 media relations officer Mazrin Mahmud as saying that the 36-year-old EC official made the report at the Rembau police station yesterday afternoon.

According to Mazrin, the official had been informed of the threat after his friend sent him a screenshot on WhatsApp.

“We have recorded a statement from the victim, and the case is being investigated under Section 507 of the Penal Code,” he tells a press conference at the Negeri Sembilan police headquarters.

Mazrin also states that police have thus far opened five investigation papers into election offences since April 30.

“These involve destroying and defacing campaign billboards, video clips of politicians making unfounded accusations against other parties, and slander on social media,” he says.

These offences are being investigated under Sections 427 and 500 of the Penal Code, the Anti-Fake News Act 2018, and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

BN grassroots warm to new Alor Gajah candidate

6.30pm: Alor Gajah, Malacca - BN Alor Gajah candidate Wong Nai Chee is on an intense schedule to meet the machinery from all 41 voting districts in the constituency.

His focus today is the voting districts in the Asahan state seat, spending about 30 to 60 minutes at each operation room.

Aside from introducing himself to them, as this is his first time contesting Alor Gajah, Wong also explained his working relationship with the constituency’s incumbent Koh Nai Kwong.

Wong was elected as the Kota Melaka MP in 2004, and Koh the Kesidang assemblyperson at the time. Kesidang is a state seat under Kota Melaka.

Outrage over Koh’s switch from Alor Gajah to the state seat of Machap Jaya came to a boil with 300 supporters protesting outside the Machap Baru MCA office in March.

However, it appears that the grassroots have become more open to Wong, at least in Asahan.

After his speech at each of the operation rooms, many of the grassroots member in attendance clamour to greet him and take pictures with him.

Zahid promises mini airport for Hutan Melintang

5.45pm, Bagan Datuk, Perak – Caretaker deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi announces that Hutan Melintang, a state seat under his incumbent constituency of Bagan Datuk, is to get a mini airport.

The airport will be built in Ladang Jendarata, which Zahid says will boost the development of Bagan Datuk.

Though not naming him directly, Zahid says that a Canadian ivnetsor is interested in opening a maintenance, repair and overhaul centre for small-scale commercial flight in the area.

“They have searched the area on Google Maps and found that Bagan Datuk is not surrounded by mountains or hills, and this area is kind of flat and suitable for a mini airport to be built for jet or commercial aircraft,” he is quoted as saying by Bernama.

5.30pm: Tuaran, Sabah – Five Parti Cinta Sabah leaders resign from the party.

According to Bernama, the five are party permanent chairperson Lesaya Lopog; treasurer-general John Hussein; women exco member Anita Kokum; committee member and organising secretary Joslin Ludsum; and assistant information officer, Hillary Gindayuk.

Lesaya is a close aid of party president Wilfred Bumburing, working as his press secretary for 18 years.

"We have come to a point where we are disillusioned with the way the party is moving, resulting in us losing confidence in the party and its leaders.

"What is needed, therefore, is a political party whose leaders continue to gain the respect of its grassroots leaders and members," they say in a joint press statement.

Earlier today, PCS and Parti Anak Negeri announced that they would work together to contest in 11 parliamentary and 29 state seats.

Sibu Central Market to get RM3m upgrade

5.30pm, Sibu, Sarawak - Chief Minister Abang Johari Abang Openg announces an RM3 million upgrade to the Sibu Central Market.

According to Bernama, his announcement came as a surprise, as he was having breakfast with his entourage on the first floor of the market when he arrived there for a visit this morning.

“This market is very important for agro-tourism. A lot of people come to this market. There are 1,572 operators here, which includes those at the open ‘tamu’ market.

“The facilities need to be upgraded so that the market will look nice for the tourists to see,” Abang Johari tells reporters.

Sibu is currently held by DAP. It faces a four-way fight between SUPP, Star and Peace for the parliamentary seat.

BN confident of winning back Indera Kayangan

5pm: Kangar, Perlis – Caretaker Perlis menteri besar Azlan Man says that despite confusion over the BN candidates to be fielded in the state, the matter has been resolved.

“It happened not because of sabotage, but dissatisfaction among some quarters over the candidate, but the situation has improved and there is positive development.

“I will not leave even the smallest space that could hamper us from winning all the seats in the Kangar parliamentary constituency,” he is quoted as saying by Bernama.

As such, he is confident that BN can win back Indera Kayangan from PKR and defend Kangar.

Azlan also takes aim at the opposition, saying that they continually play up the same issues to sow hatred for BN, like 1MDB, China investment, GST, and Malaysia apparently being bankrupt.

“They are hoping that the people will get angry, become emotional and vote for them on polling day,” he says.

Shahrizat visits low-cost flats, urges residents to vote BN

3.10pm: Shah Alam, Selangor - Wanita Umno chief Shahrizat Abdul Jalil lends her support for BN's Kota Anggerik candidate Jumaeyah Masdi during a campaign trail that passes through the Seksyen 7 PKNS low-cost flats.

Shahrizat, along with an entourage of around 20 people from Wanita Umno's Skuad Sayang, spends about 20 minutes visiting two units located at Block 7 of the flats, which comprises 51 five-storey blocks.

At the second house, Shahrizat and Jumaeyah meet with 79-year-old Kamariah Long, who shares the three-bedroom unit with her daughter Sharidah Mohamad, and grandchildren.

Kamariah appears tearful as Shahrizat enters to greet her, and Sharidah who sits by her side asks if she remembers the former minister.

"This is the candidate that if she wins, she will take care of you," says Shahrizat in reference to Jumaeyah after Sharidah says her elderly mother suffered a stroke two years ago.

Jumaeyah pins her campaign button badge to Kamariah's blouse and urges the senior citizen to vote for her on May 9.

Billboard with hole - Hishammuddin told to be principled

3.30pm, Ayer Hitam, Johor – Pakatan Harapan candidate for Ayer Hitam Liew Chin Tong wants Umno's Hishammuddin Hussien Onn to take a principled stand on election billboards with Dr Mahathir Mohamad's image removed by the EC.

In a statement, he says: “I wish to compliment caretaker defence minister Hishammuddin Hussein for saying that he disagreed with the action by the EC to cut out Mahathir’s photo from a billboard in Ayer Hitam.

“However, Hishammuddin falls short by not denouncing the source of the problem: the fear of Mahathir’s photos which prompted EC’s last-minute rule.

“I call on Hishammuddin to take a principled stand to denounce the entire EC exercise of banning Mahathir’s photo.

"As a senior minister, Hishammuddin has the clout to influence the events at the top to drop the idiotic and illegal rule which doesn’t make sense at all in the era of social media,” says Liew.

Zairil ‘agrees’ with Tsu Koon - time to end one-party dominance

1.30pm: Petaling Jaya - Zairil Khir Johari, who is Pakatan Harapan’s candidate for the Tanjung Bungah state seat in Penang, has “agreed” with former Penang chief minister Koh Tsu Koon that it is time to end the dominance of one political party.

This is in response to Koh, who had said yesterday that there was “a need to stop one party's dominance”.

However, while the former Gerakan president had been referring to one-party dominance in Penang, Zairil was referring to one-party dominance across the country.

“I cannot agree more with Koh. We definitely have to end one-party dominance at the federal level where BN has been ruling for 61 years,” Zairil said in a statement today.

He pointed out that BN currently held the world record for the longest-ruling party still in power in a democratic country, and noted that only totalitarian states had parties which ruled longer, such as Vietnam, North Korea, and China.

He further said that Umno exerted one-party dominance within BN itself, and that it was “little wonder” that other component party leaders were silent on issues surrounding 1MDB.

Zairil added that it was time for Malaysia to be led by “a coalition of equal partners” like Pakatan Harapan.

DAP stronghold candidate Lim awaits opponents

1pm: Kuala Lumpur - DAP's Kepong candidate Lim Lip Eng wonders why BN's Kepong candidate Ong Siang Liang and Segambut candidate Loga Bala Mohan have yet to hold a ceramah in both DAP strongholds.

"It is only seven more days to the polling day, but both Ong and Loga have yet to carry out any public ceramah to face their voters.

"Are both candidates so confident that they will win comfortably that they are not bothered to have any election ceramah?" says Lim, who is the incumbent Segambut MP.

Lim, in a statement, says Kepong and Segambut voters want to know why BN ministers and MPs voted in favour of the GST.

"If Ong and Loga are afraid to hold ceramah because they are avoiding (having) to answer the voters on this issue that is close to their hearts, the very least that both Ong and Loga should do as parliamentary candidates is to state their positions unambiguously and unequivocally on GST," he says.

PKR candidate claims phone number hacked, decries fake 'cash offer' SMS

11.50am: Sungai Kandis, Selangor - PKR's Sungai Kandis candidate Shuhaimi Shafiei claims his mobile number was hacked yesterday to send false messages offering cash for voters to attend a Harapan rally in Taman Seri Andalas last night.

"Ceramah umum PKR untuk DUN Sg Kandis oleh MB Selangor. Jam 9 malam di Pusat Rakan Muda Taman Seri Andalas.

"Makan minum dan elaun kehadiran disediakan RM100 (Public PKR ceramah for Sungai Kandis state seat by Selangor menteri besar. 9pm at Taman Seri Andalan Rakan Muda Centre. Food, drink, and RM100 attendance allowance will be prepared)," reads one of the messages, which Shafie reveals during a press conference at his operations centre in Bukit Kemuning here.

Shafie also claims to receive information of similar messages that offers a larger allowance of RM1,000 and USD100.

"I got many calls from voters...Some were asking how can they collect it, some said they did not think Harapan will do something like that," he says.

While unsure as to how many voters had received the message, Shuhaimi says he woke up this morning to over 100 messages with mixed responses.

"But most encouragingly, most of them said they were willing to attend our ceramahs without us needing to offer any allowance," he adds.

On the part of Harapan and PKR, Shuhaimi says they do not believe in offering cash incentives of any kind to voters.

He adds that a report will also be lodged with the Communications and Multimedia Commission over the alleged hacking of his mobile number.

Cake brightens day of Bukit Mertajam Harapan candidates

11.45am: Bukit Mertajam, Penang - Harapan's Bukit Mertajam candidate Steven Sim was in for a surprise today when a Pakatan Harapan supporter sent a cake to his constituency candidates, expressing hope that Harapan would win the 14th general election.

As a strong supporter of Harapan, cake maker Byon Ooi wished to encourage and support Harapan's Bukit Mertajam area candidates by baking a cake, said Sim.

"She baked a 12-inch cake withthe  Pakatan Harapan common logo at the to, while the four parties' logos are beneath the PKR logo," he added.

Ooi contacted Sim this morning to check his walkabout schedule, and sent the cake when Sim and Berapit candidate Heng Lee Lee were going around in Kampung Baru.

Sim, a one-term incumbent, felt touched by such kind gestures.

"People like Ooi continue to assure Harapan that there are still those who believe in goodness, justice and democracy despite the widespread cynicism," Sim said.

He thanked Ooi and all supporters who continued to let them know that they were not alone.

EC changes tack, covers Dr M's face instead of snipping

11.30am: Tanjung Piai, Johor - Looks like the Election Commission is no longer cutting up billboards with Dr Mahathir Mohamad's image. Instead, they are covering his face and name.

The EC is vigorously enforcing a rule which allows only for the top two party leaders to appear on campaign materials. In the case of Pakatan Harapan, which is using PKR's logo on the ballot slip, which means only Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and her deputy Mohamed Azmin Ali's image can be used.

Bukit Tengah BN says no to foreign workers village

11.00am: Bukit Tengah, Penang - BN's Bukit Tengah candidate Dr Thor Teong Gee launches his operations center and election manifesto in Juru today.

His manifesto, printed in four languages, focuses on making Bukit Tengah "better, harmonious and prosperous".

"We say no to foreign workers village in Bukit Tengah, we wish to tackle the floods issues and to solve the worsening traffic congestion effectively," Thor said, referring to the highly industrialised constituency.

Thor, known as the smiling doctor, has been doing his daily walkabouts with his team, meeting many people, exchanging pleasantries and distributing pamphlets.

He stresses to voters the importance of "checks and balances" in the state assembly, and says that he hopes to get their support to serve the community.

Najib promises to resolve S’gor water crisis if BN wins state

10.45am: Kuala Selangor, Selangor - In a speech at SK Puncak Alam (2), caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak takes a swipe at the water crisis in Selangor, saying "Undi PKR, orang angkat baldi (Vote for PKR, people carry pails)”.

He promises that if BN regains Selangor, the state’s water supply issues would be resolved once and for all.

Najib also urges the audience not to believe social media too much.

As an example, he points to allegations by whistleblower website Sarawak Report that Umno had given money to PAS, and noted how the website had lost to PAS two days ago in a case filed by PAS over the allegations in court.

"Do not believe all the allegation in the social media as some are untrue," Najib says.

Sarawak Report has denied claims that the defamation suit, which is being filed in the UK courts, had already been won by PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang.

This contradicts a Facebook post by Hadi's lawyer Wan Rohimi Wan Daud, who had claimed initial victory by announcing that his client had won all five interlocutory applications against Rewcastle-Brown.

Harapan's Ramasamy condemns 'malicious' ceramah video

10.25am: Perai, Penang - Harapan’s Perai state seat candidate P Ramasamy complains about a "malicious" video clip that purportedly features him giving a ceramah in Chai Leng Park, which has gone viral on social media.

According to Ramasamy, the viral video is fake and has twisted the truth about Harapan's engagement with former premier and coalition chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

He is holding a press conference at 12pm today at his Perai operations centre to explain the situation.

"I was explaining the issue to the voters of Chai Leng, as I know they have many questions about why we are working with Mahathir to save Malaysia," he added.

According to Ramasamy, the following link contains the correct video of his speech.

Ramasamy intends to lodge a police report over the fake video.

BN manifesto and logo shows up at school

10.15am: Kuala Selangor, Selangor - Caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak is at SK Puncak Alam (2) donning his blue shirt with the BN logo.

Civil servants at the event were given copies of the BN manifesto. Although it was dubbed a working visit, BN's logo was also prominently displayed at the school hall.

BN Kota Iskandar candidate pulls on the power of pulut kuning

10am: Iskandar Puteri, Johor - BN candidate for the state seat of Kota Iskandar, Mohammad Khairi A Malik, visits a pulut kuning workshop to woo Malay women voters in the Mutiara Rini polling district.

The polling district is ethnically diverse, with its voter demographic comprising 41 percent Malays, 42 percent Chinese and 15 percent Indians.

Khairi urges the women to learn more skills to save money and earn more extra income.

"If you excel in decorating pulut kuning cake, you could save RM250 for your child's wedding. Imagine if you have eight children, you could save RM2000.

"It would be good to have skills and knowledge," the political secretary to caretaker Johor menteri besar Mohd Khaled Nordin tells a group of 40 women.

He also decorates the pulut kuning and cuts a piece for his wife. The crowd applauds him.

Najib eats breakfast in Kuala Selangor

8.55am: Kuala Selangor, Selangor - Caretaker prime minister Najib Abdul Razak arrives in Puncak Alam and has breakfast at a packed restaurant.

He is met on arrival by incumbent Kuala Selangor MP Irmohizam Ibrahim. Also present is Selangor BN chief Noh Omar.

Najib shakes hand with the people patronising the restaurant. On meeting a few of the customers who are Pakatan Harapan supporters, he jokingly said, "Ini lain meja (this is a different table)."

The BN chief has putu mayam for breakfast.

Najib will later visit the Puncak Alam community clinic and Sekolah Kebangsaan Puncak Alam (2).
