Police year-end goal to bring back Jho Low too late, says Shafee

The promise to bring in 1MDB-linked businessperson Low Taek Jho, or Jho Low, by year-end by the police has not gone down well with the defence team in Najib Abdul Razak's criminal trials.

Najib's lead counsel Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said it would be too late if Low were to be taken in by then as the 1MDB and SRC International hearings against Najib would be nearing its conclusion...
