Candidate announcement hitches ahead of Sabah polls and 9 news you may have missed

1. Both Perikatan Nasional (PN) and Warisan Plus saw hiccups at their respective candidate announcements for the Sabah state election, with overlapping claims and attempts to salvage the situation.

2. Despite some initial signs of discontent, Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) has decided to remain with PN despite being allocated fewer seats to contest than expected, while PKR will only be contesting in seven seats instead of 14 it initially announced.
