Shafie asks how a 'fractured' opposition can implement its manifesto

SABAH POLLS | Warisan president Shafie Apdal has questioned whether a "fractured" opposition pact in Sabah can go on to implement its manifesto for the state polls.

The manifesto is slated to be unveiled by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin this afternoon.
