We call them 'repo-men'. Indeed, car repossessors can be a scary lot as they often project a rude and menacing demeanour.

There have been many complaints of them taking possession of cars in the middle of city traffic, causing not only embarrassment to the car owners but also fear.

Malaysiakini.tv , in a special Tamil video feature, went in search of car repossessors to find out who they really are.

In this first part, we will see if these people are gangsters and bullies or just ordinary individuals trying to make a living?
