'It's outdated' - Nadma says two days after posting flood aid FAQ
The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) has claimed that the frequently asked questions (FAQ) on flood aid was "outdated" only two days after posting them on Facebook.
This was after Segambut MP Hannah Yeoh raised questions about the FAQ, particularly point 13 which said flood victims may only claim for aid once per disaster season and no additional aid will be given.

The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) has claimed that the frequently asked questions (FAQ) on flood aid was "outdated" only two days after posting them on Facebook.
This was after Segambut MP Hannah Yeoh raised questions about the FAQ, particularly point 13 which said flood victims may only claim for aid once per disaster season and no additional aid will be given.
According to Bernama, Nadma "vehemently denied" Yeoh's claim.
Nadma said that the FAQ Yeoh referred to were old guidelines and no longer applicable following an announcement by Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
“This directive is also extended to all state governments. Yeoh’s claim that there is a closing date for BWI (Bantuan Wang Ihsan compassionate aid) applications is untrue as disasters are unpredictable events,” it was quoted as saying.
On Dec 21, Ismail Sabri said the heads of households affected by the floods will receive goodwill payment each time they are struck by disaster.
However, a day later on Dec 22, Nadma posted a FAQ on Facebook stating that the goodwill payment will only be given once per disaster season.
According to Nadma, a total of RM26.9 million in goodwill payment has been channelled to 11 states under the first phase as of yesterday.
