The Inland Revenue Board’s (IRB) attempt to collect RM10.3 million in purported tax arrears from Nooryana Najwa Najib has been “resolved”.

This followed the withdrawal of the IRB’s appeal against a High Court decision on Aug 26, 2020 to not grant a summary judgment against Nooryana.

The appeal was supposed to be heard today.
