Bangi MP Syahredzan Johan today lamented the decision by Rafizi Ramli and Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad to vacate their parliamentary seats, just weeks ahead of Putrajaya's plan to re-table two constitutional reform bills in the Dewan Rakyat.
