Ex-MACC chief takes on Sabah scandal
Former MACC chief Latheefa Koya has taken on the cause of the whistleblower trying to expose corruption in the Sabah government.
Latheefa and Lawyers for Liberty have submitted the whistleblower's unedited videos to the MACC for further action.
Her successor Azam Baki previously said videos shared to Malaysiakini before this could not be used as evidence as they were edited.
Azam said graftbusters will review the unedited videos.

PN gets dunked on equal funding
Perikatan Nasional's continued complaints about the government’s terms for equal funding resulted in the opposition getting dunked on.
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim told the opposition to quit whining and negotiate for better terms.
He also questioned how some of them could claim they are poor despite earning up to RM40,000 a month in wages and allowances.
Meanwhile, a PKR Youth leader questioned whether PN chief Muhyiddin Yassin was afraid to disclose his assets - which is one of the terms on the table.

PTPTN blacklist back on the table
The government is considering reintroducing a travel ban on PTPTN defaulters.
The move is likely to be political fodder for foes of the Anwar Ibrahim-led administration.
In 2013, the then Pakatan Rakyat coalition - also headed by Anwar - promised to abolish PTPTN and introduce free higher education in its election manifesto.
Later in 2018, Pakatan's successor - Pakatan Harapan - revised the promise to defer PTPTN repayments for those earning less than RM4,000.
This promise was never properly fulfilled, with a political coup in 2020 ousting the coalition.
The first Harapan government did, however, lift the overseas travel ban for PTPTN defaulters in 2018.
When Putrajaya wanted to reverse the decision in 2019, Anwar was critical saying the government should be considerate especially to borrowers who remain unemployed after graduating.
