There used to be a very big hole in the middle of a junction at Jalan Ramtai Jerjak here in Penang (note black patch of tar in photo). This pothole had been there for almost two months.

I was really worried about the safety of my family members as well as for the residents in this area, especially at night.

However, after only three days following my request to you, I noted that the repair work has been done. Within a very short time indeed.

I'm really appreciate your help and quick action in resolving this problem that we faced. I do not know how I can convey my gratitude for your swift action and in taking my request so seriously.
