One-week long Streamyx headache
Melvin Wong Hwang Chee Nov 14, 06 4:15pm
My Streamyx broadband Internet connection has been down for a week. All I got from TMNet was an apology email. Not even as explanation as to why it has been down for so long.

Most professional organisations will always explain to you what caused the problem encountered. But somehow, not TMNet.

In my case, it has been the 12th time my Streamyx connection has been down in one year. You may check with TMNet on my fault reporting. This means it has been down once a month for the past one year for at least three days each time.

My friends using Jaring’s broadband connection hardly had any downtime for the past six months. What sort of quality of service is TMNet struggling to achieve?
