A blog linked to Kelantan prince Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra, has revealed documents allegedly proving that Indonesian teen model Manohara Odelia Pinot's mother is on the run from the French authorities.

french court document report on daisy fajarina manohara odelia pinot 240609 This is an apparent move to discredit Manohara's mother, Daisy Fajarina, who has made damning allegations against the Malaysian authorities and the Kelantan prince.

The 25 pages of documents, allegedly issued by French authorities, was posted on the Truth Appeared blog, previously known for posting personal pictures of Monahara and the prince (left) in an effort to deny their marriage was on the rocks.

The documents included a set of court papers which claimed that Daisy (right) was sentenced to 18 months in jail by the Grasse Magistrate Court in Southern France in April 2008.

Daisy was found guilty of failing to or insufficiently compensating her maid Shaliha Lanti, now 25, and submitting her to "undignified" working conditions.

Arrest warrant against Daisy

The documents also state that Daisy did not attend court proceedings and an arrest warrant, dated June 26, 2007, had been issued against her.

According to the documents, the Grasse Magistrate Court had also ordered police to locate and incarcerate Daisy in accordance with European laws.

Court documents also revealed that Daisy's former husband, Jurgen Reiner Noack-Pinot, was jailed for four years for sexually abusing Shaliha in early 2007.

The documents were translated from French to English by the Alliance Française translation centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Abused maid living in fear

Other documents on the blog includes a medical report, and another report by social workers group Associations Reconnues D'utilité Publique (ALC).

The medical report dated March 2007, stated that Shaliha, at the time of the examination, showed signs of physical abuse and psychological trauma.

The ALC report states that Shaliha had refused to return to her home country because of Daisy.

"Shaliha does not want to return to her home country for fear of confronting Daisy who had held her in a state of submission and exploitation since the age of 15, there.

"According to Shaliha, Daisy maintains close relationships with numerous officials in her village as well as in the capital, Jakarta," reads the report.

A source close to the Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra told Malaysiakini that the documents were "100 percent true".

Manohara's lawyer in Malaysia, Mohamed Zaini Mazlan, declined to comment on the matter when contacted.
