COMMENT Judge Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah's rejection of the defence's request to put sodomy complainant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan and DPP Farah Azlina Latif on the witness stand despite their complete failure to respond to the allegation of sexual relations between them, is most regrettable.
