Former Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan has denied an allegation by former Kuala Lumpur CID chief Mat Zain Ibrahim that he and Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail concocted evidence to get PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim convicted on his abuse of power charge in 1999.
