The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, today expressed regret over the allegation by contitutional expert  Prof Abdul Aziz Bari that the annual financial reports of the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (Mais) and the Selangor Tithes Board (LZS) were exempted from being audited.
