VOXPOP 'How come the police, who are capable of scrutinising every minute detail (even if it doesn't exist), failed to prevent this?'
KL court blasts: Cops suspect homemade bombs
Anonymous_4115:
The bomb planters knew the verdict beforehand - that is why they planted the bombs. The bombs went of just after the verdict. Do you smell the rat on who was responsible?
If you put two and two together, you can easily guess who did it, especially given that this was done under the watchful eyes of the men in blue and using their own traffic cones. Even a mud head can guess who did it.
Anonymous_29dd: How could the police overlook the planted explosives? Wasn't it their responsibility to secure the area?
How could they detect all the 'hidden' weapons prior to Bersih rally so efficiently and have the time to carry out press conference parading the seized weapons?
This sounds very suspicious - maybe the people who placed the explosives in the police cones are the same people who 'planted' the weapons prior to Bersih rally.
WeCANLive: Definitely, it is the work of extremists. This is terrorism. It is time to clamp these people down, otherwise democracy will be in peril. The police have to be neutral in conducting the investigations and arrest the perpetrators.
Ghkok: Stay calm ... it's just provocation ... don't fall for it. Let's walk away from the provocation and channel our energies towards the true liberation of our country from the despicable 54 years of one-party rule.
The next GE will be the true battleground. It's time to defeat the one-party rule and bring about a genuine two-party system with true check-and-balance.
We can throw out Pakatan Rakyat after two terms if they fail to perform. Never again shall we allow one party to rule for 54 years.
Baiyuensheng: How come our society degenerate to such lows? It is almost like Afghanistan and Pakistan, where bomb blasts are almost routine.
Anonymous: The bombs show that we have bad losers! I hope that there will be no such terrorism after the general election and Pakatan Rakyat's victory.
How come the police, who are capable of scrutinising every minute detail (even if it doesn't exist), failed to prevent this act of terrorism?
By Election Fan: Three explosions under the watchful eyes of police presence and the CCTV in court compound.
Something fishy must be going on as this is an act of terrorism. Someone was trying to pin the blame on Pakatan supporters or are not happy of with yesterday's verdict.
It does not need a super genius to guess who are the unhappy group and knowing the crowd were all Pakatan supporters.
Kelantanese: So PDRM (Royal Malaysian Police), who planted the bombs? Can you shed some light for us? Don't tell us you don't know how to solve this case?
Blind Freddo: Hello, Mr Policeman. Could you please tell me how a person could fill one of your cones with sand, marbles and explosives in full view of all those people and half the police force?
Bombs detonated by timers, say police
Armageddon: Go ahead, Mr Policeman, investigate. But do investigate your Special Branch as well. May be this is an inside job to create havoc to justify more arrests.
Kbe: The police did a bomb sweep earlier in the day. How did they missed the three bombs?
Hang Babeuf: So, these people, whoever they are, planted and detonated some small bombs. By doing so, they sent a message announcing their readiness and ability in future to plant larger bombs.
How seriously will the police take this very real threat? As seriously as the wearing of a yellow T-shirt, perhaps?
Saiful hopes prosecution will appeal
Ashoka PJ: Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, I am a convert. I have been humiliated, slandered treated badly many times by born Muslims, but I never once swore on the Holy Quran to state my innocence.
I silently put all my faith in Allah s.w.t. to protect me and save me from all evil intentions. Within 10 years, I have seen what happened to people who ill treated me.
You are a born Muslim, I am surprised why you did not have the utmost faith in the Almighty, and in order to get the general public on your side, you stooped low enough to swear on the Holy Quran after ‘consensual' sex and even then amidst all the publicity. Why did you do that?
Saiful, don't act prim and proper now. In addition to three different DNAs in your anus, you also allegedly made out with the DPP (deputy public prosecutor), who is someone's fiancee.
For someone who is so sinful, it is sure hypocritical to quote Allah every time. But then again, isn't Umno like that?
Cannon: Saiful, your quest for public attention has gained you notoriety and shame for your family. Move on and achieve something for yourself. It's not too late to make a change and come clean. The first step is to stop allowing yourself to be used by politicians.
YF: So if Anwar Ibrahim did not commit sodomy, who sodomised Saiful? Saiful himself? Umno? Isn't it weird that while Anwar is not the guilty party, no action is taken against the lying Saiful who swore on his Quran.
PDRM (Royal Malaysian Police) and all those so-called religious authorities, kenapa main diam sekarang (why play dumb now)?
Wira: The fact that the charge of consensual sex was different from his own version of the incident where he insisted that he was forced upon by Anwar speaks volume about the honesty of Saiful.
Bender: Saiful, next time when someone sodomise you, you go straight to hospital. Don't delay and try to hold your shit for days to preserve evidence, as if you have a refrigerator butt.
Docs: I will always be remember Saiful for being the chap that had three different DNA samples in his anus. One of it being his own. I think the Malaysian courts should charge him for sodomising himself.
