The proposals of the parliamentary select committee (PSC) on electoral reform are merely procedural changes, which can be implmented within a week, says former Election Commission (EC) chairperson Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman.

"What is suggested by the PSC merely involves election rules, you can do it in a week. All you need to do is sign it, end of story," Rashid said at an election forum in Kota Baru last night.
