An “official” letter bearing the Penang government logo and allegedly signed by state Islamic affairs committee chairperson Abdul Malik Abdul Kassim is being distributed to several mosque committees, urging them to attend a mammoth gathering of Muslims in Kepala Batas on Saturday.
