The act of breaching police barricades at the intersection near Jalan Raja and Jalan Raja Laut by protesters during the height of the Bersih 3.0 rally on Saturday is not considered as violating the court order, said the Bar Council’s constitutional law committee chief, Syahredzan Johan.
