Still waiting for Najib to break his silence

YOURSAY 'I'm super excited and looking forward to Najib's explanation on the sale of classified navy documents to the French.'

Scorpene sub scandal spreads to Malta

your say Odin: PM Najib Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and the latter's wife and father are not likely to be the only people involved. Most likely, there is least one more.

That someone was then even more powerful than Najib in his capacity as the defence minister. That someone may now still be even more powerful than Najib in his capacity as the prime minister.

The bribes paid come up to a staggering amount. RM570 million paid to Perimekar and RM142 million paid to Terasasi amounted to RM712 million.

No wonder, the person who could have spilled the beans was shot and her body blown up. And that was another fatal mistake of the treacherous thieves.

FellowMalaysian: It is not surprising that the French-owned, Malta-based financial consultant Gifen surfaces in the mist of the probe.

Perimekar would need to deal through a French intermediary in their effort to siphon and channel the funds to the high-flying Malaysian politicians.

So far, these revelations of subterfuge have done little damage to Najib because the French proceedings is still in the mist of fact-findings stage.

Fair&Just: The people in Suaram must always be vigilant and be on alert as certain parties will attempt to cover up the case.

Thanks to Suaram, the rakyat is able to know more of the case and we need them to continue the case to its final ending and hopefully justice will prevails. The truth is out there.

Fair Play: Isn't it premature to say the Scorpene case has not affected the PM's popularity when the French court has not even started to open the case for public hearing?

This case could might end up as BN's Archilles' heel going into GE13.

Loyal Malaysian: The fact of the matter is that the MSM (mainstream media) in Malaysia has effectively blocked all coverage of the scandal. So, of course, Najib is sitting pretty at the moment.

I hope the case before the judicial system in France will expose all the corruption involved - then let's see how he can avoid the tarnish.

Anonymous #5476971369: The international community must see that this investigation is carried through right to the end. Suhakam must stay focused on this serious issue regarding the security of our nation.

Artchan: The crooks must have regretted not paying Altantuya Shaariibuu and blowing her to bits.

If they had paid her the commission, which is only very tiny fraction of the dirty money, none of this would have surfaced. Truly the ghost of Altantuya haunts.

PKR to Najib: Explain 'sale' of secret navy document

Anonymous #8676971469: File an emergency motion in Parliament to debate this critical aspect of the country's Defence Ministry.

Najib must answer in Parliament on the allegations over the sale of secret documents to another country. This is definitely treason.

Louis: Najib must get the culprits and charge them for treason. Again Najib, this is no time to be sentimental.

The love for the country and lives of innocent submariners must outweigh all other considerations. Let us see how you choose.

Doc: Najib's probable explanation: "The secret navy documents were not sold to the French, they were lent to them. PKR is distorting the truth.

"No cash was received for the documents. We only charged a service charge to the French for the documents, which includes photostat and courier fees.

"By the way, the document was not marked as ‘sulit' but we cannot provide these documents to the public and certainly not to PKR. We are worried PKR will give it to the Americans. After all, Anwar is a American agent."

I'm super excited and looking forward to Najib's explanation on the sale of classified navy documents.

USChallengerReturns: Mr PM, answer now if your voice box is still intact. This is very crucial for your and Umno-BN's survival at the imminent polls.

Your handouts such as BR1M and others will have no bearing on your electoral survival but this one, to a very great extent, has.

Brahman: If this is found to be true, would Perkasa, Jati, Petty Traders Association and other Umno-backed NGOs asked for Abdul Razak Baginda and Najib's citizenships to be withdrawn, as they have demanded this from others whose actions were less serious than this?
