Police are too busy campaigning for BN

YOURSAY 'They cannot fool the adults so they are trying to fool the children because they think their protector can survive another 10 years.'

'Police told school kids Bersih, Suaram and PSM are evil'

your say Ipohcrite: I think the police officers concerned should be locked up for the sake of national security.

Never in my life could I imagine that the day has come that our police officers would start to preach lies and cause racial divisiveness among our own citizens.

And to think that their salaries are paid from our own taxes. Under the BN government, the police have morphed into a monster, judging by their latest antics at the primary Tamil school in Semenyih.

Shathriyan: Soon after Pakatan Rakyat took control of five states in the last general election, memos were sent out to all schools, listing out who should and who should not, be allowed entry into the schools.

It was a veiled threat to all headmasters against allowing any of the Pakatan leaders into their schools. The justification was to prevent schools from being used for political mileage.

Let's see now what the education minister and the director-general of education have to say about this.

The action of these two police officers is not at all surprising as the police has since long became an agency of Umno. The police believe their main duty is to protect Umno and not the people.

This explains the ever growing crime rate in the country. If this continues, the police can hardly expect any respect from the public.

AnakBangsaMalaysia: It is an almost absolute certainty that if you were to ask these police officers to explain the distinction between socialism and communism, they would probably pull out their guns and shoot themselves in the head rather than be exposed as being the ignorant uniformed thugs that they are.

Yahoo: The parents of the students should have immediately walked out of the meeting when these two police officers went out of line in their presentation.

The 12-year-old students would not have understood anyway. What a shame these two officers acted on behalf of the police force.

Kinikid: They cannot fool the adults so they are trying to fool the children because they think their protector can survive another 10 years.

Not to worry, let them continue to do that, a few months later they will learn to behave.

Thetruth: These people still fail to accept the fact that they cannot hide the facts in this era of IT (information technology).

It is a nightmare for those who are so used to controlling the media companies and report news and ‘facts' as they see fit. Try all they want, they can longer hide the truth.

Kee Thuan Chye: If this is true, it is the police who are evil. It's a despicable act because their job is to prevent trouble, not stir up trouble.

An Old Malaysian: Police personnel act on orders from their superior officers.

The sickness in the police force is now is that the majority of the upper ranks are pro-Umno as these are the officers who got promoted rapidly - based on their loyalty to the party and not their ability or merit.

Without Umno, these high-ranking police officers will be just ordinary sergeants or corporals. A good example is the IGP (inspector-general of police) position, which is only open to those loyal to Umno.

AnakBangsaMalaysia: When I was a little kid, the police were the 'good guys'. I think it's time to tell our children the harsh truth: in Malaysia, the police are the criminals.

Not Confused: Once again, the poor fools have shot themselves in the foot. They are so ignorant/arrogant that they don't realise that they are doing wonders for the opposition.

I laughed fit to burst when I read this. On the other hand, it is really sad that children have to be exposed to such rabid bigoted propaganda.

It demonstrates that the police are beholden to the ruling BN band of thieves.

Gerard Lourdesamy: Do Indian Malaysians need more reasons to vote against Umno-BN? The police are a tool of the ruling party and nothing else.

No wonder the crime rate is going up since our police are busy campaigning for Umno-BN. This is a disgrace and proves how desperate Najib is to win GE13.

Why should we trust Umno-BN for another five years when the trigger-happy police have killed more Indians in the last 10 years than at any previous time in the history of the country?

Abuminable: There is very little difference between authentic evil and genuine stupidity.

People tend to portray evil as hideous and ugly and menacing, but in truth, evil looks entirely banal, like some stone-faced BTN-ised bureaucrat who impudently rejects your application to register a new political party or NGO, or refusing to issue Malaysiakini a licence to print a newspaper.
