S'gor PKR presses MB for Faekah's head to roll
Selangor PKR is continuing to call for Selangor Menteri Bersar’s political secretary Faekah Husin to step down following her recent remarks on Pakatan Rakyat.
Certain Selangor PKR members are continuing to call for the state menteri besar’s political secretary, Faekah Husin, to step down following the recent comments she made.
Selangor PKR election director Borhan Aman Shah said he hopes MB Abdul Khalid Ibrahim would take necessary action against Faekah for the “misunderstanding” her comments have caused.
“We hope the MB will take action against Faekah. Everyone knows we are asking that she be relieved of her post.
“There are a few things she has done that have caused misunderstanding, Borhan told Malaysiakini when contacted.
“This call comes from all Selangor PKR divisions,” he claimed.
Faekah had earlier questioned the intentions of PKR deputy president Azmin Ali, who was reported by Sinar Harian as saying that Khalid would be appointed a federal minister if Pakatan takes over Putrajaya in the coming general election.
Yesterday, upon the advice of state leaders Zuraida Kamaruddin and Shuhaimi Shafie, she acknowledged that she should hold her comments .
Zuraida (

advising Faekah
to communicate more with the state party leadership and not to make statements attacking party leaders.
However, Borhan warned that they will be watching Faekah’s behaviour and called on her to be more careful in her statements.
If she repeats her actions, he said, she would be considered a “traitor” to the party.
“If she is sincere, let us see if she changes or not. If she still persists, we will consider her a traitor,” he said.
