The police force should start investigating the incidents that took place during the May 22 candlelight vigil in Jinjang for student activist Adam Adli Abdul Halim.

They should be doing this, instead of handing out appreciation letters to officers on duty that day and were said to have  been  verbally abused by the participants, said lawyer Sivamalar Genapathy.
