Rafizi: BN election petitions less viable than Pakatan's

He posited that the BN had been grasping at straws when it initially announced it would file 50 petitions.
After learning of the high standards of evidence for election petitions, they were able to file only 21, he said.
Clarifying that he has not yet examined all these petitions, he said his impression is based on details reported in the media.
"They have to file at least the 21 to show that they, too, have suffered irregularities at the hands of Pakatan."
Rafizi also joked that he wished they would file one in the Pandan parliamentary constituency, which he contested and won on May 5.
"They more they file the better as, looking at the quality, they will lose and we will get more money," he said.
BN secretary-general Tengky Adnan Mansor had said the coalition had decided to reduce the number of its petitions to ensure that credible complaints are filed and that the judicial process is not abused.
