Tian Chua, too, eyeing PKR deputy presidency
The PKR deputy president contest appears to be heating up, with Batu MP Tian Chua also mulling joining the fray.

When contacted, Tian Chua, who is currently PKR vice-president, confirmed he was looking into contesting the post.
"Yes, that is what I said, but we will only finalise the details after the Kajang by-election," he told Malaysiakini .
Last Friday, Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim (
right
) announced his
candidacy
for the PKR deputy presidency.
However, Khalid, who is also Kajang by-election director, said he would only elaborate after the Kajang by-election on March 23.
Likewise, incumbent PKR deputy president Azmin Ali has refused to confirm whether he will be defending his post until after the by-election.
The PKR election will begin in stages from April 25 until May 11.
The nomination of candidates for central positions will be on March 29.
