Isma raps DAP 'old man' for seeking PM's help
Lim Kit Siang and DAP never tire of criticising Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak but now seek the latter's help, said Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma) vice-president Abdul Rahman Mat Dali today.
He was referring to the repeated calls from DAP on Najib to take action against Isma, which the opposition party has accused of inciting racial hatred.

He was referring to the repeated calls from DAP on Najib to take action against Isma, which the opposition party has accused of inciting racial hatred.
"Once again, DAP shows its hypocrite nature. They talk about democracy, freedom of expression and freedom to criticise.
"They can whack others on these grounds but when they are criticised, they are sensitive and scream for action to be taken," he added.
Suddenly, Abdul Rahman said, Najib, who is constantly criticised, disrespected and even labelled as "kangkung" becomes the person they confide in.
He also described Lim's complaints about Isma's criticism of him as the reaction of "an old man who is easily offended".
"I want to repeat this. DAP's struggle is based on socialism, secularism and the Malaysian Malaysia concept which is against the federal constitution and Islam.
"Whereas Isma's struggle is to defend the constitution, Islam and to preserve the nation’s identity as an Islamic nation inherited by the Malays," he added on Ismaweb .
Abdul Rahman warned that DAP's struggle could jeopardise national security and stability in the future.
"Research DAP's history, constitution and documents. Research Isma’s struggle. Kit Siang and DAP consider Isma dangerous. But Isma considers Kit Siang and DAP dangerous.
"When will the Islamic leaders and Muslims, especially the Malays, realise this?" he asked.
Previously, an Isma leader had accused Lim of wanting to wipe out the Malay race, their language and culture.
Sedition probe completed
Meanwhile, Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar told the media today that investigations have been wrapped up with regard to Isma president Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman's comments regarding Chinese Malaysian.
The police are probing him under the Sedition Act for describing Chinese Malaysians as "intruders", which drew the ire of politicians from both sides of the divide.
Khalid said the police and Attorney-General’s Chambers were still discussing if Abdullah should be charged for sedition.
"At the moment, we are waiting for the next course action by the A-G's Chambers," he said.
Contacted later, Abdullah said he has met with the police but is unsure about the developments of the investigation.
