Bung hails Hitler as Germany advances
Malaccan: The 'leaders' from BN so often acted arrogantly because they feel the rakyat is beneath them and unworthy of bother.
This is evidenced when we read recently the indefensible remark by DPM Muhyiddin Yassin, and Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's insane proposal to punish the homeless and those who help them.
This is the level of 'leaders' that have come from BN; so crass and offensive, and who think they can act so as of divine right. They disgust all rational and right-thinking people.
Meanwhile, we also have leaders such as Gerakan chief Mah Siew Keong and MCA chief Liow Tiong Lai who act as timid and subservient apologists for their bosses.
Where are the men of principles and integrity that the nation used to have and currently need? The Ismail Abdul Rahmans and Saifuddin Abdullahs?
We have a PM that leads by doing nothing and saying less, and a DPM who also does nothing but spouts nonsense. They are the nation's own version of Dumb and Dumber.
And then in his own sub-basement category is Kinabatangan MP Bung Moktar Radin. BN must have dredged the cesspool long to find him.
Isana: 1999, 2004, 2008 and 2013 - for four general elections, the voters of Kinabatangan voted for Bung Moktar.
Who is to blame for putting this man in Parliament? He is more winnable than the German soccer team. He practically cannot lose. No wonder he is so arrogant.
Gerard Lourdesamy: What do you expect from an MP who has an IQ lower than those in the Sepilok Orang Utan sanctuary?
He is crass and unrefined and the only reason he gets re-elected every five years by the voters in Kinabatangan is because he has a lot of freebies to entice the voters, courtesy of Umno Sabah.
But since he is an MP in the ruling BN government, the German Foreign Office should summon our ambassador in Berlin to make it clear that such remarks are totally unacceptable and they violate not only German law but civilised norms.
As an expression of our regret to the Germans we should send the MP to the Berlin Zoo for one month so that he can be put on display with the other primates.
Ozzie Jo: I think if we look at this from a perfectly rational standpoint (his, that is), he said that only because he really didn't know who Hitler was.
He has heard of him, even remembers his name, but he really hasn't any idea what Hitler stood for. Perhaps he only knows of Hitler as a German person of some repute.
You must admit that for all the intelligent and semi-intelligent people there are out there, there are just as many really very unintelligent ones, especially in Umno. Maybe our ‘unlearned’ MP is one of those.
Flamescanner: I hope the international media picks this up and crucifies Bung. This man typifies all that is wrong with our elected leaders. He is not ignorant; he would be as egotistical as Hitler, if he could.
Najib, please rid yourself of dirt in the form of such MPs and the various non-elected NGO spokespersons. If you can do that, you will have the whole country behind you.

Bung is a neo-fascist. By his admiration of Hitler and Nazism, he will probably be barred from visiting Europe. So what is Umno's stand?
After Najib's admiration of ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), the ideology of Umno is now obvious.
Legit: This country is going to the drain on a daily basis mainly because of some dumb Umno politicians. Something has to be done to check this decay or else Malaysia is doomed.
Smart, moderate and reasonable politicians from both sides of the aisle need to come together and take charge and sideline those such as Bung, Muhyiddin, Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Perkasa, Isma, Zulkifli Noordin, Ridhuan Tee Abdullah and the list goes on.
Enough is enough and let us build a new Malaysia where there will be no more hatred, bigotry, racism, sexism and other kinds of evils.
KB Menon: Bung Moktar, you are disgraceful as a parliamentarian. Do you not even realise that the Germans themselves would cringe at your comment?
It just goes to show how shallow your mentality is. Sabahans, are you not ashamed you put this man in Parliament? PM Najib Razak, any comment on your Twitter regarding this Umno MP?
Odin: Bung Moktar, I am writing this at 12.31pm on July 9. About an hour and a half ago, I was in the nearest town and saw a stray puppy of around two months old.
I immediately bought some food and fed her. I squatted beside her to make sure no one would chase her away.
When she had finished, she licked (‘kissed' to humans) my hand. I would have adopted her if only my present dogs were not too massive and powerful for her to play with.
The point I want to get across to you is that even a puppy has more intelligence than you do.
Sleepy: Supporting Germany's victory, I understand. Hailing Hitler in the same breath for Germany's victory, just idiotic.
The irony is that Adolf Hitler would categorise Bung as an inferior human being.
