Man in viral 'road bully' photos charged
The man photographed allegedly harassing a motorist earlier this week, was today charged with criminal intimidation at the Petaling Jaya Magistrate Court.

Khoo Kok Ann, 58, was charged with committing the offence against Alisa Thean, 35, along a highway in Subang Jaya.
Khoo was charged with “causing fear” and blocking Thean's way.
He also faces charges of committing mischief by bending her car wiper and spitting on the windscreen of Thean’s Perodua Kenari.
He was charged under Sections 506 and 427 of the Penal Code.
If convicted, he can be jailed for two years, or fined, or both.
In a Facebook posting, Thean said she had honked at Khoo for driving recklessly and weaving in and out of traffic.
Thean claimed Khoo then stopped his SUV in front of her car, walked out and started banging on her window.
“(He) asked me what I wanted, spat on the windscreen, damaged my wiper and bent my side mirror.”
The posting, accompanied with photographs of Khoo spitting on Thean's car windshield and bending her wiper, has been shared more than 5,700 times on social networking sites as at this afternoon.
Netizens have also circulated Khoo's identity and his place of work.
In July, netizens also hounded Siti Fairrah Ashyikin Kamaruddin, better known as Kiki, after a video of her hitting a senior citizen’s car with a steering lock went viral.
Siti Fairrah later pleaded guilty to a charge of mischief and causing damage. She was fined RM5,000.
