'Honest' MB vows no supplementary budget
Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali said he has decided to take an "honest" stand with the people in putting up the true figures in his state budget for 2015.
Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali said he has decided to take an "honest" stand with the people in putting up the true figures in his state budget for 2015.
He also vowed that unlike his predecessor Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, he would not call for a state assembly sitting to table a supplementary budget.
"In the past, after three of four months, a supplementary budget will be tabled. This causes expenditure to increase every three or six months.
"I have taken a different stand. This is the sum for expenditure in 2015. I guarantee, there will be no supplementary budget," he told reporters.
